Hi Pete! For our daily lunch & dinner specials - you can always call us at 732-295-1122. Don’t forget... we’ve got the area’s longest HAPPY HOUR! 11:30am - 6pm, Monday-Friday 🍻
No
I believe it is every Wednesday night
Typically around 11 on weekdays, and midnight on weekends. we do, however, serve homemade pizza (not your typical 'bar pie') after 10 every night. Thanks for asking!
Were refused service for no reason other than my girlfriend stumbled and walked into the wrong restroom. We were both clearly sober. We just weren’t locals. Don’t come here unless you want to be arbitrarily treated rudely
One of the best pubs around. Good food, fun, with the unchanging personnel you come to know and love.
Not the most beautiful decor, but always enjoy the food and service here. They do a real nice job of choosing local beers to serve which I really appreciate. Their burgers are great.
The food was amazballs..... such a great place and great bartenders
The food here was always excellent. This used to be a hidden gem. The last time we went our food was bland. French onion soup needed salt, potatoes needed salt, our steaks needed TLC. I am hoping the chef had an off night. I thought that there was a new chef but our server insisted it is the same one from years ago.
The ARK a Very 'local' favorite! Rustic decor with a bar and great fresh fish cooked perfectly. Beers and burgers too. Lots of great choices for small bites or big appetites. Reasonable prices. If it is a Saturday night at the beach and you need a great place without bennies, this is an excellent choice.
Happy place.. good food.
Great place! Burgers are the best in town. Staff is great and very friendly and knowledgeable. Good luck if you try to be a member of the 40-40 club.
One of my favorite places to eat on the Jersey Shore. The atmosphere is great, as well as the food. The burgers here are to die for.
Visited this place through a recommendation by a family member and it’s a great find. This little dive serves one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I got their Port Wine Cheddar Burger “Voted Best Burger on The Jersey Shore. Topped with a Port Wine Cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and a homemade honey BBQ sauce”There are many other items in. Their menu that look delicious and look forward to my next trip back to eat there.
Some of the best customer service in my opinion, I asked for my burger medium and got it medium rare but it’s okay, I got more fries than my friend which made up for it .... 10/10 great place
One of the best local restaurants in the area, Port Wine Burger is phenomenal!
Great place to have dinner with your family. Hospitality and great prices a big plus so if your down for a vacation go and have dinner there you wont be disappointed
I had the grilled Mahi Mahi with a Basil Cream sauce and it was excellent! The service was quick and great. All outdoor seating with tables spaced out and service staff in masks. I felt very comfortable eating there
No res. so get there by 9pm no food after that. everyone is very neighbor like making it easy to enjoy . Great food.
This place is great for happy and appetizer and the bartenders are great and friendly. We love it. Try the hot mussels and fried oysters to die for.
Awesome atmosphere, beer tap and food! Fireplace is just right for a cold day at the beach. Beer on tap changes but you will always find a perfect IPA to cascade down your glass as you drink it! A must visit in Point Beach....
Our hi-top was right at the bar. The guy at the bar leaned back and was resting his shoulder on my back. A little too close for me! Had the filet mignon sliders and water with lemon, got sick when I got home. Won't be going there again.
Had a great time. Sat outside due to social distancing and couldn't have been more comfortable. Staff was awesome and food was terrific. Highly recommended.
Nice place we found driving up the Jersey Coast. Atmosphere was good. Excellent service. Food very good. Lots of seafood offered.
Wow. This is one of those places I have driven past for years on end and always say, “I’ll eat there one day!” Well, I finally did and my goodness the food was delicious! They are very accommodating to dietary restrictions, the portions are large, the seafood is out of this world fresh and they have Lindt CHOCOLATE at the hostess stand! Got the coconut salmon and it was delicious! Highly recommended.
This review pertains ONLY to our most recent visit. Most times we order take out & its superb. Unfortunately when we went for lunch on Sunday September 15th and we were very disappointed. The appetizer was terrible, tasted like it came from a can. The cheesesteak was very wet & undercooked and the burgers were not like usual. Dessert was a freshly made carrot cake that the waitress iced for us. The cake was very good. As for the rest if the meal... major thumbs down. Sorry Ark.
We started out at Marlins last night. The service there was so bad we walked out. Actually I think I can say the waitress overwhelmed and rude through us out after explaining they were under staffed. But just a few hundred steps around the bend is the Ark. It's been here since I was a kid. They never fail you. We got a table for ten, we were served quickly, we spent several hours enjoying a fun night. Everything was great as always. Clam lovers place to go. Thanks to the Ark for saving our night. We will see you again soon being neighbors
AMAZING Job ! Major storm destroys US but Local friendly faces show up! Staff Congrats! ALWAYS IMPRESSED! PS. YOUR OO7'S best drink at the Jersey Shore!
I’ve never been overly impressed by the food, but have always enjoyed the atmosphere here. Tonight, however, the food was a major letdown. Everything was undercooked. Thank goodness for beer and French Onion soup though...
Food is very good and price is not bad.and service is excellent.
Food and service were great!
Great place for a beer, Burger or sandwich. Old fashioned pub with low lighting, dark wooden booths and graffiti scratched tables. Some craft beers on tap, no prices on menu so watch it as some are expensive. But fun, glad we stopping by.
Decent food and good ambience, really loved the fireplace. The beers here are really overpriced though, close to 9 bucks for a pint I could get for $6 nearby.
Good service, food is typical pub food. Poorly lit.
Fantastic little place. Great food and the tables are carved with thousands of visitors names and such.
I cant get enough of their food and awesome casual atmosphere. This is the Cheers for the local beach crowd and a hidden gem I am reluctant to share
Local fresh seafood and a relaxed attitude. I always make sure to stop by when I'm in Pt Pleasant. I've always had a great experience here.
We went to the Ark Pub & Eatery for the first time tonight. My husband, son, and I ordered the most delicious food. I have never eaten calamari before, but tonight I tried it for the first time. It was so delicious. Before we got there I told my husband he would have to eat my calamari. I always thought that it would be tough. My husband said he'd eaten calamari before and said it was okay. My husband didn't get much of my calamari. I would recommend the Ark to everyone. The service was excellent. The waitress was very attentive and the delivery of the food was fast. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. Everyone was so nice to us, refilling drinks before being asked to, stopping to ask how the food was, did we need anything else.
Food was great and service matched. Bread, Conch fritters, Shrimp cocktail, Seafood combo broiled
We very much appreciate the delicious take out meals during this time. Thanks for staying open for our community.
Great place for lunch, especially if you like burgers. Very rustic atmosphere with wood tables, walls and booths that are all covered in carved names and graffiti. Service was good. Port wine cheeseburgers were awesome (but messy)! New England clam chowder was on the thin side. 6 lunches including soup, beers and special coffees afterward came to a reasonable $30 per person. Will definitely be going back.
Great food. Causal atmosphere
Very warm, at home vibe felt through the entire place. Welcoming staff and amazing food. Definitely one of the better, if not best, "shore bars". If you're looking for a more relaxed atmosphere.
Everything I have eaten here has been better than expected. The staff is very friendly and attends to your needs promptly. Plus, Karaoke night is a real blast! Enjoy!
Food always good. Fish Tacos are my favorite. Great selection of Drinks. Got to admit I've been coming here since 1976 . Still draws me back .
Great food and brew! We had the local fresh flounder bites, Mediterranean Calamari and Port wine cheeseburger. Our stop here is never disappointing. Drunken clams on a prior visit was fresh and tasty.
Its been here forever, still no complaints, cozy, friendly a good place for a drink & lunch.
Great local pub. Excellent deal with fish cooked one of 3 ways, with choices of sauce, starch & salad. Great beer selection 10+ on tap, 50+ in bottles. Great cocktails. Great specials. Live music some nights.
